Former Winchester city manager and a 1947 Handley High School graduate, MG Seldon was appointed by Governor Mark Warner to serve on the Purchases and Supply Procurement Appeals Board. He has served as an administrative aide to state Sen. H. Russell Potts Jr., R-Winchester.
